These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Pentagon Group website, its content, forms, communications, and other online resources (collectively, the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the Site.

The Site is provided for general informational and business-development purposes. Information concerning executive protection, investigations, corporate security, maritime security, security technology, risk management, or other services is general in nature and is not a substitute for a site-specific threat, risk, investigative, legal, technical, or security assessment.

Pentagon Group does not represent that information on the Site is complete, suitable for a particular circumstance, or sufficient for an operational or security decision.

Accessing the Site, submitting a form, sending an email, placing a telephone call, or otherwise communicating with Pentagon Group does not by itself create a client relationship, investigative relationship, executive-protection relationship, fiduciary relationship, agency relationship, contractual relationship, or other professional engagement.

Descriptions of services do not constitute an offer or guarantee that a particular service, personnel resource, response time, vehicle, technology, investigative capability, or other resource will be available. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Pentagon Group does not warrant that the Site will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, free of harmful components, or that all information will be complete, current, or suitable for every purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pentagon Group and its owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to use of, inability to use, or reliance upon the Site or its content.

Nothing in these Terms of Use excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

This provision does not apply to the extent a claim results from conduct for which Pentagon Group is legally responsible.

Information submitted through or collected by the Site is addressed in our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference to the extent applicable.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Any mandatory rights or remedies provided by applicable law remain unaffected.

Pentagon Group may revise these Terms of Use from time to time. The revised terms become effective when posted on this page unless a different effective date is stated. Continued use of the Site after a revision is subject to the then-current Terms of Use.

If any provision of these Terms of Use is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law. A failure by Pentagon Group to enforce a provision on one occasion does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
